Bloomington Public Health in partnership with Raices Latinas is hosting a free virtual series focused on emotional regulation, family communication, and healthy coping strategies to help families navigate stress and uncertainty. All sessions will be provided in Spanish.

In recognition of the America 250 celebration, the National Academy of Public Administration and LocalGov250 named Bloomington City Manager Zach Walker as one of the nation’s 250 Government Champions.
The City of Bloomington has joined communities across the country in supporting monarch butterfly conservation through participation in the Mayors’ Monarch Pledge, an initiative led by the National Wildlife Federation.
The FBI is warning the public about an emerging phishing scheme by criminals impersonating city and county officials to solicit fraudulent payments for city and county planning and zoning permits. The criminals leverage publicly available permit information to identify potential victims and increase the legitimacy of the scam. Victims of this scam have been identified nationwide.
