Northbound Penn Ave will be closed for a Centerpoint gas main.
A marked detour will be provided that uses Normandale Blvd to Old Shakopee Road to France Avenue.

W 102nd St between Queen (RR tracks) and Penn Avenues will be closed from Monday, September 30 - Monday, October 7. This is for the Centerpoint gas project.
A marked detour will be provided that uses Old Shakopee Road and Xerxes Avenue to 102nd Street. Note that following this work, there will be traffic impacts on Penn Avenue (watch for separate notice).

Closure to allow for Pedestrian Crossing Enhancement Project on W 98th Street at Xerxes.
A marked detour will be provided.

Lyndale Ave (Lyndale Bluffs Trl - S Terminus)
Thursday, August 15 - Fall 2024
Closure for storm sewer installation and road reconstruction. The contractor will be installing storm sewer crossings on Lyndale Avenue as part of the 2022-103 Lower Lyndale Avenue Reconstruction Project. Access to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service boat launch will be restricted until work is completed this fall. Boaters wishing to access the Minnesota River are encouraged to visit the Jens A. Caspersen Landing in Fort Snelling State Park on the Burnsville side of the river near T.H. 77. The barricades for the closure will be set up south of the Lyndale Bluffs Trail. Access to Bluffs on Sans Pierre Townhomes and the commercial properties will not be impacted by the closure. Once the storm sewer installation is complete, the contractor will continue reconstructing the roadway. Work is expected to be completed Fall 2024.

W 110th St (Normandale Blvd - Morris Ave)
Tuesday September 24 - early December
W 110th St will be closed for Centerpoint gas main and services installation project. Note that this project will be completed with full closure of W 110th Street in sections - 2 block segments at a time (access to driveways will be coordinated with homeowners). The work will begin on the Normandale end of the project.
A marked detour will be provided that uses Normandale Blvd to Old Shakopee Road to France Avenue.
