Register with Parks and Recreation

For ease of program registration, please make sure you have an active household profile in the Parks and Recreation online Webtrac system prior to the first day of registration. Registration for Parks and Recreation programming may be processed online 24 hours a day until classes are full or registration closes for each session.

    How to register for Parks and Recreation programming

    • NEW IN 2023: To increase equitable access and improve ease of registration for Summer Adventure Playgrounds, Playground Littles and Camp Kota, in 2023 a lottery system will be used to select program participants. Registrations for the lottery will be accepted any time between 12 a.m. on March 29 and 4 p.m. on April 5. Everyone registered by the deadline will have a chance at being selected by the lottery for placement in these three programs. For full details on the Lottery process, refer to page 5 of the 2023 Summer Experience Catalog

    Our tax identification number is 41-6004990. If you need a copy of a previous program receipt, please follow our simple instructions! If you have an online account sign in to your online account at webtrac.bloomingtonmn.gov and click on the My Account tab.  If you are unable to access your account or have any other questions please submit your inquiry to parksrec@BloomingtonMN.gov.
