Public Hearing Notices and Proposed Ordinances

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Bloomington, Minnesota (the “City”), will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 26, 2026, at or after 6:30 p.m. in Bloomington Civic Plaza’s Council Chambers, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road in the City, to consider a proposal that the City grant host approval and consent to the issuance by the City of Hampton, Minnesota (the “Issuer”) of revenue bonds or other obligations, in one or more series (the “Obligations”), under Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152 through 469.1655, as amended, and Section 471.656, as amended, in order to finance the cost of a project to be located in the City.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-199 for a City Code Amendment - Missing Middle Housing Phase II Ordinance.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-203 for a Major Revision to Final Development Plan for parking flexibility for a retail use

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-202 for a conditional use permit for remote airport parking facility in existing parking ramp.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-205 for a conditional use permit for an approximately 5,200 sq. ft. indoor agriculture (cannabis) facility.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-204 for a conditional use permit to allow for auto repair at 9200 Lyndale Ave S.
