The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-105, an application by Twin Win 1 L.L.C. and E&T Property LLC to: (1) Rezone 1525, 1601, 1603, and 1605 East 86th Street, and 1604 and 1606 East 87th Street (together, the “Properties”) in the City of Bloomington from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Middle Housing Residential); (2) Final Site and Building Plans for a 33-unit townhome development on the Properties; and (3) Preliminary and Final Plat to subdivide the Properties to create 33 lots for a townhome development.
