The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-182 an application by the City of Bloomington for a City Code for an Ordinance to amend Chapter 9: Housing Opportunity and Preservation of Bloomington City Code related to affordability requirements, building performance incentives, and updating language and formatting.
