Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111 as part of the 2026-101 PMP Street Improvement Project.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by state law, to consider an Ordinance (a) amending definitions related to the timing of garbage collection and curbside clean up as indicated in Chapter 10 and (b) amending Appendix A of the Bloomington City Code, to increase Solid Waste and Refuse Collection fees indicated in Chapter 11.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-167 a Conditional Use permit for ABN Cannabis at 10901 Nesbitt.
