The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on December 16, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider File #PL202400200, an application by City of Bloomington to consider a City Code Amendment revising provisions in the City's Subdivision Ordinance, including amending existing and creating new definitions, revising the triggers for platting, amending park dedication provisions, and creating a lot line adjustment and lot consolidation application process, thereby amending Chapters 15, 22, and Appendix A of the City Code.

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to hold a public hearing to consider its 2025 budget and the amount of levied property taxes it is proposing to collect to pay for the costs of services the City will provide in 2025.

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider an Ordinance amending Chapters 1 and 10 of the City Code to rescind energy benchmarking requirements.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Bloomington, Minnesota (the “City”) will meet on Monday, December 16, 2024, at or after 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota 55431 and by electronic means as provided by state law, to conduct a public hearing concerning the approval of the Combined Ten-Year Capital Improvement Plan.
