The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-90, an application by Seagate Technology LLC for a Preliminary and Final Development Plans for an expansion to the Seagate campus at 7850 Nord Ave S and 7801 Computer Ave S in the City of Bloomington.

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on June 1, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL202600061, an application by Chase Real Estate (applicant) and PFP 6 WF Plaza, LLC (property owner) to: (1) rezone 7900 Xerxes Avenue South and 3400 American Boulevard West, each in the City of Bloomington, (the “Properties”), from Commercial Office CO-1 (Planned Development) to Freeway Office C-4 (Planned Development); (2) preliminary development plans for a two-phase multi-family residential development with 360 total units; and (3) final development plans for a 270-unit multi-family residential development on the Properties.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-68, an application by Emerald Parachute LLC (operator) and 8200 Grand LLC (property owner) for a Conditional Use Permit to operate an approximately 8,716 square-foot cannabis cultivation facility within an existing industrial building located at 8200 Gand Avenue South located in the City of Bloomington.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-77, an application by Michelle Vagi and Robert Vagi, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Type II Home Business (Dance School) to be located in a garage at 8924 Mount Curve Road in the City of Bloomington.

The Bloomington City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider a Ordinances amending the City Charter, Chapter 5, Sections 5.05, 5.11, and 5.16 relating to initiative, referendum and recall and City Charter, Chapter 7, Sections 7.06, 7.10, 7.14, 7.15, 7.16, 7.17 relating to city taxation and finance, both are specifically set forth below.
