Many of the City's facilities, public spaces, and equipment – from theater to meeting spaces and park shelters to garden plots - are available for public rental. We also offer group reservation rates at our aquatics facilities.

All reservations are reviewed by City staff. You will be contacted if additional information is needed or if any issues are identified. For reservations requested within 48 hours of your event, please contact Bloomington Parks and Recreation at 952-563 8877 or MN Relay 711.

Three Rivers Park District Cooperative Agreement

The City of Bloomington and Three Rivers Park District have entered into a five-year agreement allowing Three Rivers to operate the regional parks and trails owned by the City of Bloomington, including Bush Lake and Normandale Lake parks, beginning January 1, 2025.
