CALLING ALL MINNESOTA ARTISTS!

Overhead site plan of new Bryant Park with location of sculpture circled next to shelter building, playground and skate spot.
Bryant Park is undergoing a comprehensive transformation driven by community input and the Park System Master Plan. The reimagined park will feature Bloomington's first fully accessible playground, a new park shelter building, a skate spot and more, all focused on inclusivity and sustainability.

The City of Bloomington Office of Creative Placemaking and Parks and Recreation Department invite Minnesota-based artists to apply for this chance to add a lasting community-centered landmark to the park's final design.

Visit blm.mn/bryantsculpture to learn more and submit your proposal by September 5 for a new public sculpture that reflects the park's values of nature education, community connection, accessibility and engagement.

The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department undertakes multiple park improvement projects each year. Updates on each project will be posted periodically as significant progress is made or more information becomes available.
