Class Descriptions
- Yoga Strength: Build strength and improve balance with yoga poses. After a yoga flow warm-up, poses will be held longer to build total body muscle strength. The class will end with poses that improve flexibility. Modifications will be offered.
- No Equipment Strength and Power: Build strength and power with body weight exercises. Think of the park as your outdoor gym. Squats, lunges, pushups, and many other exercises will provide a fun total body workout. Low-impact options and modifications will be offered.
- Mat Pilates: This precise mode of exercise has a focus on strengthening your powerhouse, the core. In addition to working deep abdominal muscles, the glutes, back and legs will be engaged. Pilates also improves posture and flexibility. Modifications will be offered.
- Yoga In the Park: Back again in 2026, this all-level yoga class will take you through Hatha and Vinyasa flow styles, centering and breathwork and restorative poses.
