2025-101 PMP Street Improvement Project
Fremont Avenue (W 80 ½ Street to 100’ South 82nd Street)
Underground pipe installation is ongoing; the contractor is on schedule to complete the utility work by mid-September. The road reconstruction work will follow right after.
10th Avenue and 99th Street
The first layer of asphalt was paved the week of August 11. The contractor will be working on restoration type item most of the week of August 18. The final layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled for the end of the week of August 25.
12th Avenue

Elliott Avenue
The utility work is completed. The Contractor will be working on grading and levelling the street the week of August 18. Concrete curb installation is tentatively scheduled for the week of August 25.
Oakland Avenue/15th Avenue
The contractor will begin removals in this area the week of August 25. This will be followed by utility work later in the same week.
2025-102 PMP Street Maintenance Project
Terracewood Area (Terracewood Drive, Morris Circle, Morris Lane, Rich Circle, W. 114th Street, Rich Road)
The contractor will finish concrete work this week. The contractor will be in the week of August 18th beginning restoration in the disturbed boulevard areas, including topsoil and sod.
Kelly Fields Parking Lot Improvements
Contractor will continue concrete removal and replacement the week of August 18th.

Vincent Area (Vincent Place, Vincent Circle)
The contractor completed asphalt paving on Thursday, August 7th.
Terracewood Area (Terracewood Drive, Morris Circle, Morris Lane, Rich Circle, W 114th Street, Rich Road)
The contractor will begin pouring back concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk the week of August 8th.

Paving of the final Layer of asphalt has been rescheduled for the week of August 4.
W 105th Street (Thomas Avenue to Sheridan Avenue)
Paving of the final Layer of asphalt has been rescheduled for the week of August 4.

The utility subcontractor begun pipe jacking operations the week of July 28. This portion of the work is scheduled for 9 to 10 weeks, during this time Freemont Avenue will only be open to local traffic.

Concrete curb and gutter installation work has been rescheduled for the end of the week of July 28 . This work will be followed by final grading and paving of the first layer of asphalt the week of August 4. Restoration work will follow the week after.

The contractor will be in early the week of August 4th finishing restoration. Asphalt milling is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6th and asphalt paving for Friday, August 8th.

Asphalt paving is scheduled for Friday, July 18th.
Nine Mile Creek Parkway (W. 90th Street to Stanley Avenue)
Asphalt milling is scheduled for Friday, July 25th and paving will be completed early the week of July 28th.
Vincent Area (Vincent Place, Vincent Circle)
The contractor will be in the week of July 28th adjusting irons and pouring back concrete curb & gutter.
Terracewood Area (Terracewood Drive, Morris Circle, Morris Lane, Rich Circle, W 114th Street, Rich Road)
The contractor will continue utility work the week of July 28th.

The contractor will be in the week of July 21st to begin site restoration including topsoil and sod. Asphalt milling is scheduled for Friday, July 25th.
Vincent Area (Vincent Place, Vincent Circle)
The contractor will be in the week of July 21st to begin removals and utility work.
Terracewood Area (Terracewood Drive, Morris Circle, Morris Lane, Rich Circle, W 114th Street, Rich Road)
The contractor mobilize into the site the week of July 21st. They will be installing inlet protection and begin utility work.

The contractor completed the installation of curb and gutter this week. They plan on paving the first layer of asphalt the week of July 14.
W 105th Street (Thomas Avenue to Sheridan Avenue)
The contractor will be paving the first layer of asphalt the week of July 14.
Fremont Avenue
The contractor is working on removals of the areas necessary to allow the utility crews to begin installation of the new sanitary sewer the week of July 7. The utility subcontractor will move in the week of July 14 to begin excavation of the jacking pits required for the trenchless installation of the new sanitary sewer line. The utility portion of this work is scheduled for 9 to 10 weeks, during this time Freemont Avenue will only be open to local traffic.

The contractor be in early the week of July 14th to continue sod installation. Asphalt milling is scheduled for July 16th and asphalt paving is scheduled for Friday, July 18th. Work is weather dependent and subject to change.
Nine Mile Creek Parkway (W. 90th Street to Stanley Avenue)
The contractor will be in the week of July 14th raising maintenance hole and gate valve covers in preparation for asphalt milling & paving.
Vincent Area (Vincent Place, Vincent Circle)
The contractor will be in the week of July 14th to begin removals.
