2025-101 PMP Street Improvement Project
Fremont Avenue (W 80 ½ Street to 100’ South 82nd Street)
Underground pipe installation is ongoing; the contractor is on schedule to complete the utility work by mid-September. The road reconstruction will begin late in the week of September 15th with pavements removals followed by utility work.
10th Avenue and 99th Street
Restoration work was completed the week of September 1. The final layer of asphalt is now scheduled for the week of September 8.
12th Avenue
Restoration work was completed the week of September 1. Xcel Energy will be working on relocating a couple of Utility poles in anticipation of the final layer of asphalt the week of September 15.
E 90th Street
Restoration work was completed the week of September 1. The final layer of asphalt is now scheduled for the week of September 8.
Elliott Avenue
Concrete curb and gutter installation work is completed. The contractor will be working on final grading and tolerancing the week of September 1. Paving of the first layer of asphalt is scheduled for the week of September 8.
Oakland Avenue/15th Avenue
Utility work is ongoing and is expected to be completed the week of September 8. This will be followed by concrete curb and gutter installation later in the same week.
E 84th Street
The Contractor will begin full removal of pavement surface the week of September 15. Curb and gutter work will follow later that same week.
2025-102 PMP Street Maintenance Project
Columbus Area (Columbus Road, Columbus Circle, Park Avenue, Portland Avenue, E. 102nd Street, Chicago Circle, 10th Avenue, E. 103rd Street)
The contractor will be in the week of September 8th beginning utility work and continuing removals of concrete curb & gutter and concrete panels.
France Avenue (Overlook Drive to Old Shakopee Road (CSAH 1))
The contractor will mobilize into the site the week of September 15th to begin removals and start utility work.
W 110th Street (Normandale Boulevard to France Avenue)
The contractor will mobilize into the site the week of September 15th to begin removals and start utility work.

Restoration work initially scheduled for the week of August 18 has now been rescheduled for the week of August 25, this work includes topsoil installation, sod placement and irrigation systems repairs. The final layer of asphalt is now tentatively scheduled for the end of the week of September 1.

Restoration work initially scheduled for the week of August 18 has now been rescheduled for the week of August 25, this work includes topsoil installation, sod placement and irrigation systems repairs. The final layer of asphalt is now tentatively scheduled for the end of the week of September 1 pending some utility pole relocation by Xcel Energy.

The contractor will begin removals in this area the week of August 25. This will be followed by utility work later in the same week.

The contractor will begin work in this area the week of August 25, with utility work including storm sewer catch basins installation, sanitary sewer repairs, and water hydrant installation.

Terracewood Area (Terracewood Drive, Morris Circle, Morris Lane, Rich Circle, W. 114th Street, Rich Road)
The contractor will be in the week of August 25th continuing restoration in the disturbed boulevard areas, including topsoil and sod. Milling and paving is scheduled for the week of September 1st.
Kelly Fields Parking Lot Improvements
The contractor will be in the week of August 25th beginning restoration in the disturbed boulevard areas, including topsoil and sod. Asphalt milling is scheduled late the week of August 25th and paving will occur the week of September 1st.

The contractor will begin pouring back concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk the week of August 8th.

W 105th Street (Thomas Avenue to Sheridan Avenue)
Paving of the final Layer of asphalt has been rescheduled for the week of August 4.
Fremont Avenue (W 80 1/2 Street to 100' South 82nd St)
The utility subcontractor begun pipe jacking operations the week of July 28. This portion of the work is scheduled for 9 to 10 weeks, during this time Freemont Avenue will only be open to local traffic.

Concrete curb and gutter installation work has been rescheduled for the end of the week of July 28 . This work will be followed by final grading and paving of the first layer of asphalt the week of August 4. Restoration work will follow the week after.

The contractor will be in early the week of August 4th finishing restoration. Asphalt milling is scheduled for Wednesday, August 6th and asphalt paving for Friday, August 8th.

Asphalt paving is scheduled for Friday, July 18th.
Nine Mile Creek Parkway (W. 90th Street to Stanley Avenue)
Asphalt milling is scheduled for Friday, July 25th and paving will be completed early the week of July 28th.
Vincent Area (Vincent Place, Vincent Circle)
The contractor will be in the week of July 28th adjusting irons and pouring back concrete curb & gutter.
