The City Clerk’s Office serves the Bloomington community in a variety of ways. Election services are provided each year for local, state and federal races. Records management and responses to data practice requests are coordinated by City Clerk staff. The division also processes passport applications, business licenses and pet licenses. The division manages Bloomington Cemetery lot sales and historical records. Many official City documents, including the City Charter and Code of Ordinances, are maintained by the City Clerk’s Office.
