All right-of-way work must comply with Minnesota state statute, City code, and permit conditions. Failure to comply with Minnesota state statute, City code, and permit conditions may result in the revocation of permits without refund.

Winter Moratorium
No underground work between November 15 - April 15
All work must comply with posted seasonal road weight restrictions.
Holiday Work
Work must be completed within city right of way by 3 p.m. one workday prior to the observed holiday.
