The Community Outreach and Engagement Division contracts with nonprofit agencies to provide residents convenient access to social services at a local level. Contracting with these agencies leverages additional services and financial resources for Bloomington residents.
Contracts are reviewed annually and all applicants must complete a RFP to be considered for financial support. New agencies that provide social services may also apply.
