    • HOME Program - Low cost, sliding-scale household and outside maintenance services for adults 60+ in Hennepin County. Services include homemaking, mowing, snow removal, minor repairs, and yard cleanup.
    • Senior Outreach - In-home counseling and case management to help seniors remain independent. Caregiver services include coaching, support groups, and consultation.
