Online application information

To register, follow these instructions. 

Once registered, you will need to verify the registration.  DO NOT VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT ON A MOBILE DEVICE as it may not verify the account correctly.  

Go to blm.mn/portal and click property search.

All planning/zoning documents are visible to everyone.  You must be registered, signed in to your account and be a contact on the permit to review Building and Inspections permit documents and related information.

For all building and Inspections permits, you must submit online unless a prior discussion with City staff provides an alternative.

Planning and zoning requests for zoning letters or encroachment agreements may be submitted online. All other planning and zoning cases must be initiated by City staff prior to proceeded with the application submittal.
