We’ll walk you through the basics so you can feel comfortable and confident on the court. No prior experience needed, just come ready to try something new and enjoy the game!

Enjoy a FREE all-levels yoga class at scenic Bush Lake Beach!

Led by Judy Coughlin, a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience, the sessions will incorporate:

  • Hatha and Vinyasa flow styles
  • Centering and breathwork
  • Restorative poses 

Yoga helps you reduce stress, gain strength, and improve balance and flexibility. Many modifications will be offered for participants of all levels. Please bring your own mat.
