Who can Apply :
- Minnesota Resident
- Have a household income at or below the income limit for their household size ( see table below)
- Currently pay more than 30% of their current monthly income toward rent
- Are not currently receiving rental assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher program
- Are not currently in a unit that receives Project-Based assistance
Waitlist will be open from 9/8/2026 at 8:00 am and closing on 9/10/2026 at 11:59 pm.
Preferences are assigned to applicants who:
- Currently live in Bloomington
- Have a household with minor children and are making less than 30% Area Median Income
