Kites and Bites 2026 will feature food trucks, music and of course, kites! It all takes place at Valley View Playfields, 90th Street and Portland Avenue South.
KITES
FREE kites will be available for youth age 18 and younger while supplies last. This year we're giving away even bigger kites for more exciting flights! Of course you can always bring your own kites to fly as well!

MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment information coming spring 2026.
PARKING
On-street parking allowed on surrounding streets except East 90th Street. Parking allowed along 3rd Avenue South, west of Valley View Middle School. There is also plenty of on-street parking in the neighborhoods to the north.
Kites and Bites is presented annually as part of the summer Arts in the Parks series.
