Art is popping up all over Bloomington

The South Loop just got a little more colorful! Four new hand-painted utility boxes are bringing original artwork to the district as part of a Creative Placemaking pilot program.

Take a stroll and check them out at:

  • 2400 E. 82nd St., near the Element Hotel: Artist Briauna Williams.

  • 86th Street and Old Shakopee Road: Artist Kelly Frankenberg.

  • 3600 American Blvd., near Park ’N Fly:  Artist Kevin Zaid Martinez.

  • 8199 26th Ave., near the Element parking ramp: Artist Taylor Lund.
