The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 1, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-156 an application by Bloomington QOZ Ramp LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a remote airport parking facility within an existing parking structure located at 3601 American Blvd E in the City of Bloomington.
