The Bloomington Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) ordinance has been repealed, but Bloomington employees still have access to the same paid Sick and Safe Time due to the Minnesota State ESST law. The only change is that employees need to file complaints with the State instead of the City if their right to use ESST is violated.
