Fill out this form to request a fire truck visit for your group's special event.

A five-business-day notice is needed for scheduling fire truck visits. Visits are subject to staffing availability and are not scheduled Mondays. 

You will be contacted within two business days of receiving your request to schedule a specific time for your appointment.
