The Bloomington Parks, Arts and Recreation Award of Excellence is bestowed annually by the Parks, Arts and Recreation Commission (PARC) in recognition and grateful appreciation of continuous community service and steadfast dedication towards the advancement of parks, arts and recreation programs and facilities in the City of Bloomington.

The Award of Excellence is your opportunity to nominate and recognize anyone you believe to be deserving of the award. You may also nominate more than one individual.
