Bloomington Parks and Recreation provides high-quality, low-cost recreation programs and services in Bloomington that benefit physical, mental, social and emotional health.

Fee assistance is available to people who live in Bloomington and can show a financial need to receive fee assistance for eligible programs and services.

“The goal of fee assistance is to provide opportunities for all families to participate in our programs and services regardless of income status,” said Recreation Supervisor Jenna Smith.

For more information or to apply, visit blm.mn/fee-assist. You must be approved prior to registering to be eligible for fee assistance and reapply each year.

Once approved, each person in the account receives credit. Children under 18 years of age receive a $200 credit. Adults 18 years of age and older receive a $35 credit. The credits are valid for the calendar year.
