Lights, cameras, register for the holiday lights tour

Residents, let the holiday light displays begin. Bloomington’s Parks and Recreation Department is continuing its seasonal glow show by encouraging residents to light up their homes for the second annual holiday lights tour.

Whether you have a display that can be seen from outer space, or you have a more refined approach, City staff wants to highlight community members who spread holiday cheer through illumination. 

The deadline to enter your address is December 1, and the map will be available online around December 8. People who take the winter lights tour are encouraged to snap photos and share them with the City. You can upload your photos at blm.mn/photo.
