Naturalist Program: Summer Residents Bird Walk

Learn about Minnesota's woodland summer residents and their habitat on this one-mile walk in Tierney's Woods. 

We'll cover binocular basics, key birding apps for smart phones and look for summer- and year-round resident birds in this mature woodland park.

• Bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them, filled water bottle and insect repellent. 
• A hat, long pants and a long-sleeve shirt are recommended.
• Hike will follow a well marked and maintained trail with short up and down slopes.

Free program. No registration required. All ages welcome.
