The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 7, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-57, an application by Kraus-Anderson, Inc. for variances from the City’s sign regulations (1) to increase sign area from 200 square feet to 245 square feet and (2) to reduce the setback from 20 feet to 10 feet for a freestanding pylon sign located at 7803 Penn Avenue South in the City of Bloomington.
