The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2025, at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider PL202500085, an application by the City of Bloomington for: (1) Comprehensive Plan Use Guide Plan Amendment to reguide 9841 Penn Ave. South and 9900 Newton Ave. South from the High Density Residential to Public land use designation; (2) Rezoning 9801 Penn Ave. South from R-1 Single-Family Residential to R-1(PD) Single-Family Residential (Planned Development); (3) Rezoning 9841 Penn Ave. South and 9900 Newton Ave. South from RM-24 Multiple-Family Residential to R-1(PD) Single-Family Residential (Planned Development); (4) Preliminary and Final Development Plans for an approximately 106,000 square foot Community Health and Wellness Center located at 9801 and 9841 Penn Ave. South and 9900 Newton Ave. South; and a Preliminary and Final Plat to combine 9801 and 9841 Penn Ave. South and 9900 Newton Ave. South into one development lot.

Include the item number and title listed on the agenda. Include your name, phone number, and address when leaving a voicemail or email. Please indicate if you also plan to attend in person or call in during the meeting to provide live testimony.
