The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider ordinances amending the Gas Franchise Fees on CenterPoint Energy and Xcel Energy for providing gas service within the City of Bloomington, MN.
