Hennepin County, in partnership with the City of Bloomington, plans to reconstruct Nicollet Avenue (County Road 52) between American Boulevard and East Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington starting in 2027. This project will improve safety and mobility for people walking, biking, rolling, driving and taking transit. The project team will be out in the community this year to discuss the project and host opportunities to share your thoughts.
