Celebrate summer at Cops and Cones August 22, 1 – 2:30 p.m., at Scoops Ice Cream, 7700 West Old Shakopee Road. A special visitor will be at the event—a K9 officer. Kids 18 and younger can receive a free kid-size ice cream. The Bloomington Police Department hosts Cops and Cones to connect with the community, break down barriers and strengthen relationships.
