Cops and Cones: Saturday, August 20

Cops and Cones helps strengthen relationships over a favorite summer treat: ice cream! A free scoop is offered for kids up to 18 years old. Join BPD at the next Cops and Cones Tuesday, August 20, 1-2:30 p.m., at Scoops Ice Cream, 7700 W. Old Shakopee Road.

National Night Out: Tuesday, August 6

National Night Out 2024 is taking place Tuesday, August 6. Preregister your party by July 26 at blm.mn/nno to get on the list for a police or fire visit. National Night Out is an annual community-building event celebrated nationwide to promote police-community partnerships and make neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. Cookout with the cops: Wednesday, August 21

Putting the “unity” in community, BPD is hosting a cookout with the cops on Wednesday, August 21, 5-7:30 p.m., at Moir Park, 10320 Morgan Ave. S. There will be free food, drinks and raffle prizes while supplies last. Seating may be limited. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket.
