Drum roll please! Young Builders and Designers, a program that hosts activities in the Twin Cities introducing youth to design and building, put together a photo contest for local youth last fall. Three winners were chosen. The first-place winner had their photo engineered into a LEGO™ Mosaic that is now on display in the Bloomington Police Department gym.
