26-50 Construction Manager at Risk Dwan Clubhouse - Request for Qualifications

The City of Bloomington (“City”) is seeking qualifications for construction manager at risk (“CMAR”) services for a new clubhouse at Dwan Golf Course (“Project”). The selected CMAR firm will work with the City’s Project team, comprised of City staff and stakeholders, consultants, and the City’s contracted architectural/engineering firm to construct a new golf clubhouse facility located at Dwan Golf Course at 3301 West 110th Street in the City of  Bloomington. The City intends to utilize CMAR as its construction delivery process for the Project.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be utilized to identify qualified Construction Management firms to solicit an Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a final vendor.
