Bloomington Comprehensive Local Surface Water Management Plan Update, Request for Proposals

The City of Bloomington is seeking a qualified consulting firm to lead the comprehensive rewrite and update of its Local Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) while concurrently refining and re-organizing key stormwater infrastructure GIS datasets. The resulting plan will align with state, regional, and municipal requirements, integrating directly with the stormwater and surface water resources section of the City’s upcoming 2050 comprehensive plan by the target completion date of March 2028.
