Grandparents, bond with your grandchildren at a special fishing event on Monday, August 17, 1–3 p.m., at West Bush Lake Park, 9401 W. Bush Lake Road. Registration is $10 per adult and $5 per child.
Participants will enjoy fishing off the docks at Bush Lake with experienced instructors from Fishing for All who provide all equipment needed. Fishing license waivers will be provided for all participants. All fish are catch and release, but participants are encouraged to capture photos and create lasting memories together.
This program is part of the City’s offerings for adults ages 50 plus and is designed as a shared intergenerational experience for grandparents and grandchildren to connect outdoors. For more information and to register, visit blm.mn/adultprograms.
