The Bloomington Council will hold a public hearing on August 3, 2026, at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Planning File PL202600105, an application by Twin Win 1 L.L.C. and E&T Property LLC to: (1) Rezone 1525, 1601, 1603, and 1605 East 86th Street, and 1604 and 1606 East 87th Street (together, the “Properties”) in the City of Bloomington from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to R-3 (Middle Housing Residential); (2) Final Site and Building Plans for a 33-unit townhome development on the Properties; and (3) Preliminary Plat and Final Plat to subdivide the Properties to create 33 lots, and one outlot, for a townhome development.

Listen for notification that your line has been unmuted before speaking.

Include the item number and title listed on the agenda. Include your name, phone number, and address when leaving a voicemail or email. Please indicate if you also plan to attend in person or call in during the meeting to provide live testimony.
