The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider #PL2026-84 an application by 14,444 Confections LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a cannabis manufacturing facility within an existing office/warehouse building located at 300 W 83rd St. located in the City of Bloomington.
