The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider #PL2026-26, an application by Keith Pelatowski and 1993 Holdings LLC to rezone 7805, 7815, 7825, 7835, and 7845 Telegraph Road in the City of Bloomington from R-1 Single-Family Residential (Planned Development) to B-1 Neighborhood Office (Planned Development).
