The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M. May 26th, 2026 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.
