Get outside and stay active all summer long with our Saturday Summer Fitness Series at Bush Lake. Classes are free and no registration is required. The only equipment you need to bring is a yoga mat!

Mat Pilates

This precise mode of exercise has a focus on strengthening your powerhouse, the core. 

  • In addition to working deep abdominal muscles, the glutes, back and legs will be engaged.
  • Pilates also improves posture and flexibility.
  • Modifications will be offered. 

Meet in the grass area north of Bush Lake Beach. All ages and abilities are welcome!
