Get outside and stay active all summer long with our Saturday Summer Fitness Series at Bush Lake. Classes are free and no registration is required. The only equipment you need to bring is a yoga mat!
Yoga Strength Class
Build strength and improve balance with yoga poses.
- After a yoga flow warm-up, poses will be held longer to build total body muscle strength.
- The class will end with poses that improve flexibility.
- Modifications will be offered.
