Join Bloomington staff and sustainability commission members to pull garlic mustard plants.
Garlic mustard is a non-native, invasive plant. Because of its aggressive nature and prolific seeding, it alters ecosystems, choking out beneficial native plants and flowers that pollinators and other wildlife depend on. Garlic mustard often moves in after buckthorn is removed.
No experience is necessary. Instructions and equipment will be provided. Please bring your own work gloves and water bottle.
