Discover the incredible world of beavers in this hands-on naturalist program! 

Through interactive stations, you’ll learn how these fascinating rodents shape ecosystems with their engineering skills. Examine their unique adaptations and explore potential beaver habitat on a self-guided hike. 

Join us in celebrating this charismatic keystone species!

The hike will be 1 to 1.5 miles on an unpaved trail.

  • Location: Minnesota River Bottoms Lyndale Avenue Lot, 11115 Lyndale Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55420. 
    • Meet the naturalist west of the parking lot near the I-35W bridge.
  • Registration: None required.
  • Fee: Free
