Are you prepared for outdoor adventures? Join a naturalist to learn the basics of important wilderness survival skills including: 

  • What to pack for an emergency.
  • How to build a shelter in the woods.
  • How to safely start a fire. 

You’ll get hands-on practice with these skills so you can be safe and confident in the great outdoors. 

  • Free event. No registration required.
  • All supplies provided.
  • Meet outside the historic Pond House.
  • All ages and experiences welcome.
    • Best suited for ages 7 and up.
    • Not a drop-off program. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
