As part of the annual pavement management program (PMP), Engineering staff will be holding neighborhood open houses for residents to bring up any traffic or pedestrian concerns on streets that have been identified as likely candidates for an overlay or reconstruction project in the coming year.
Open houses aim to gather information the city could try to address within the PMP project.
The public is invited to a meeting to discuss traffic issues on your roadway or within your neighborhood.
Streets included in this meeting are:
- 5th Avenue – 81st St to 86th St.
- Stevens Avenue – 89th St to 90th St.
- 89th Street (2 segments) – Nicollet Ave. to Stevens Ave. and 2nd Ave to 3rd Ave
- 87th Street – Old Shakopee Rd. to Longfellow Ave.
- River Ridge Road and River Ridge Circle – River Ridge Cir to Skyline Dr.
If you have a conflict with this date/time or if there is inclement weather, the alternate meeting date and location is:
June 24, 2025, 4pm to 6pm at the Bloomington Public Works Building, Training Room, 1700 W 98th Street
