Want to make a difference in your community and learn more about how Bloomington works? Apply for the 2027 Bloomington Leadership Program.
This eight-week program brings residents together to explore leadership, civic engagement and community connections. Participants learn from City staff and community partners while gaining insight into how local government works, community participation and more.
The program is open to Bloomington residents 18 and older who can attend at least six of eight sessions. The 2027 program runs February 4 – March 25.
