George Fischer, US Air Force, 1960 - 63
Recognize a veteran by adding their photo to the Annual Veterans Photo Wall, presented on an online gallery and on-site in the Civic Plaza lobby through November. Submit your photos online at blm.mn/vet-photos.
When uploading a photo, you will be asked for the service member’s name, military branch and years of service. In addition, you can share a story about the veteran to be included with their picture.
You can also honor a veteran in your life with a symbolic dog tag on the new Veterans Memorial at Harrison Park 1701 W. 100th Street. Learn more about purchasing a dog tag at blm.mn/veterans-memorial.
