The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2026-126, an application by 9025 James LLC and Duane and Carol Naddy to: (1) Rezone 9025 and 9033 James Avenue South from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Middle Housing Residential); (2) Final Site and Building Plans for a nine-unit detached townhome development; and (3) Type III Preliminary and Final Plat for nine detached townhome lots and one outlot. The properties are located at 9025 and 9033 James Avenue South in the City of Bloomington.
