Description

The City of Bloomington (the “City”) is seeking proposals for a cloud-hosted, software-as-a-service (SaaS) information technology service-management solution that includes IT ticketing, workflow automation, knowledge management, reporting, and self-service capabilities. The initial contract period will be three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years, for a total possible contract period of five (5) years.
