Roofing Consultant Services

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of development of construction documents, bid documents, cost estimates, construction observation, and quality control monitoring and interested in providing Roof Consulting services to the City.
