ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES - DWAN CLUBHOUSE

The City of Bloomington is seeking a proposal for professional architectural and engineering (“A/E”) services for a new Dwan Golf Course Clubhouse Project (“Project”). The selected firm will work with the City’s Dwan Clubhouse Project Team, comprised of City staff and stakeholders, consultants, and a construction management firm to provide schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration services for a new clubhouse facility located at 3301 West 110th Street in the City of Bloomington.
